Duchess Kimberly will be honoring a different celebrity each week for her royal perfect make-up. Even though the Wonderland Magazine cover was released two weeks ago, I’m still hung up on how amazing Taylor Swift looks with nude lips, thick brows, and neutral, contoured make-up.
Every time Tay goes for a non-red lip, I applaud. I don’t understand why she doesn’t deviate from her signature hue more often. (That statement is almost paradoxical.) She looks amazing with a more subtle lip. I’m also perplexed by this girl’s opposition to filling in her dinky brows. (Britney Spears, I’m eyeballing you too.) Whoever did her makeup for this photoshoot really brought all of my Swift-related dreams and desires to life.
I know you’re in a feminist phase, Taylor Swift, but I hope you appreciate being Duchess Kimberly’s crowned look of the week.
As a true pisces, I live in a magical and delusional land in my head. In this world romances unfold the way they do in romantic comedies, everything at Sephora is free, Shake Shake burgers are a diet food, and we have the capability to clone Harry Styles.
In real life (what's that?), I spend my days pondering how Kylie Jenner's face changed so much. I'm a beauty junkie and pop culture-loving wedding videographer and freelance journalist. I have a Princess Jasmine complex. I am a Fanson (die hard Hanson fan). I enjoy belting old Celine Dion songs.
Please take everything I say seriously (I have my Masters in journalism from Syracuse University), but not too seriously (Cosmo is my favorite publication.)
